Order Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed (processing time does not include weekend days).
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
  • Sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

* Order processing is subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.

Order Shipping

  • All orders are shipped the business day following the order processing.
  • All orders are shipped through FedEx’s Express Saver service or U.S. Mail’s Priority Service, at Couleur Caramel Online’s sole discretion.
  • All orders are shipped with confirmation of receipt signature required. We do not want your new products sitting for hours on your doorstep in the blazing sun or torrential rain or buried under a pile of snow or otherwise lost.

* All shipping is subject to bank acceptance of payment prior to shipping. Only accepted payment will be shipped.

Order Questions

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Natural Cosmetics orders. When you log in with your email address and password, an order history page will provide you with the status of your current and past orders. You can also reprint your invoice and track your shipment by clicking on FedEx or US Mail. Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancelation

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@nat-cos.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons may be:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.
